簽證申請需透過阿聯國籍航空公司或境內擔保人（如：投宿之旅館、往來之公司行號及會展主辦單位等）向阿聯內政部移民局（GDRFA-D）網站申請 (Visa applications must be submitted through UAE national airlines or local sponsors (e.g., hotels, companies, exhibition organizers) via the UAE Ministry of Interior's Immigration Bureau (GDRFA-D) website).簽證國籍欄位務必請參護照內頁code所載TWN以勾選TAIWAN；倘簽證國籍欄位遭誤繕為「CHINA」，請務必於行前向申辦單位要求取消原簽證，並以「TAIWAN」重新申請新簽證持憑入境，否則恐入境遭拒 (Ensure "TAIWAN" is selected for nationality based on passport code TWN; if "CHINA" is mistakenly written on the visa, request cancellation and re-apply with "TAIWAN" before travel to avoid denial of entry).自2024年1月1日起，自杜拜搭乘郵輪之國人必須事先申請效期30天之多次停留(郵輪簽證) 簽證入境阿聯。若僅申請單次入境阿聯(杜拜)簽證，則因簽證原因無法登船 (As of January 1, 2024, ROC nationals embarking on a cruise from Dubai must apply for a 30-day multiple-entry cruise visa in advance. A single-entry visa will result in denial of boarding).國人搭乘阿聯酋航空經杜拜轉機至第三國（全程都須搭乘阿聯酋航空），可於購票後由該航空公司網站申請入境阿聯大公國最多96小時之過境簽證 (ROC nationals transiting through Dubai to a third country with Emirates Airlines (entire journey) can apply for a transit visa of up to 96 hours via the airline's website after ticket purchase).倘無入境阿聯大公國需求，僅於阿布達比或杜拜之國際機場轉機至第三地，無須申辦入境簽證 (No entry visa is required for transit through Abu Dhabi or Dubai international airports to a third destination without entering the UAE).搭乘廉價航空(廉航) 班機途經阿布達比或杜拜轉機者，因行李無法直掛、轉機航廈不同等因素，可能須先申辦簽證入境後再辦理出境；訂票時請與旅行社及航空公司確認 (Passengers transiting via budget airlines through Abu Dhabi or Dubai may require an entry visa for re-checking baggage or transferring between terminals; confirm with the travel agency and airline when booking).簽證為一國主權之行使，事前取得簽證亦不代表入境之保證。若有簽證相關問題、糾紛、誤繕、拒件，甚至遭拒絕入境等情況，請逕洽擔保人協助處理；本處恕難提供相關協助 (Visa issuance is a sovereign act; obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry.
